The Aztecs used a 365 day calendar cycle (xiuhpohualli) and a 260 day ritual cycle (tonalpohualli) . These two cycles formed a 52 year century (also known as a calendar round). The 365 day calendar was considered their agricultural calendar due to it being based off of the sun. The 260 day calendar was their sacred calendar.
